Our rapid response

When children are at risk, we respond quickly to ensure they can get back to being safe, in school and learning.

this is our rapid response fund

our rapid response fund

Our Rapid Response Fund allows us to respond within hours of a disaster, mobilising support wherever and whenever it is most needed. It allows us to reach children immediately, protecting their survival and wellbeing.

It also allows us to respond to the numerous ongoing crises which don't garner the attention of the world media.

Your support today will help protect thousands of children in low-resource environments and emergencies.

Ukraine Crisis Appeal

On the 24th of February 2022, Russia started a military assault on Ukraine with the intention to invade. Street Child launched an emergency response on the 25th of February, our first response in Europe. Over the course of 2022, millions of people were displaced by the conflict and whilst many areas have since been de-occupied by Russian forces, 17.7 million people are in need of humanitarian aid. Donate today to help us reach as many people as possible.

Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal

Two consecutive earthquakes have devastated parts of southern Turkey (officially known as Türkiye) and northern Syria, causing unimaginable hardships for families already affected by years of war. More than 50,000 people have died, and millions more have lost everything. Our local partners are urgently providing life-saving support of food, medicine, and shelter to children and families affected by this heartbreaking event. These organisations are most effective at having the biggest impact for children and families who are in need of immediate support.
